  • Use of AI: Talkspace’s machine learning model helps therapists identify elevated client risk ahead of time. This tracks risk across time within the context of a professional helping environment (e.g., therapy with a licensed clinician) and captures clinical responses to the risk (the evaluation, risk planning, and treatment phases) to improve clinical care and evaluate responses to risk.
