Privacy & Safety
  • Privacy & security: The entire app is built to the data security standards of COPPA & FERPA
  • Crisis protocols: Since all sessions are conducted by real human counselors, all crisis and escalation protocols are inherently human. Escalation is done at the judgment of the counselor based on their professional training and additional guidelines provided by Counslr. Counslr's system for true crises is patented and leads the market by bridging the gap between mental health support and emergency response, ensuring users are never alone when they need help most and that they receive critical care as soon as possible.
Data provided to school/district

Counslr's anonymized data reports include insights on account creations, number of sessions, the days of the week and times that sessions occur, how many times the Wellness Toolkit is being explored, a percentage of how many users are seeking care for the first time, and more.
